I’ve spent my career turning bold ideas into operational reality, modernizing without losing our roots, guiding boards and task forces with purpose, and championing the people who power our industry.

Rishi Chauhan joined GMRC in February 2020 and supports GMRC and SGA technical programs and industry engagement initiatives. He holds a background in mechanical engineering and previously worked as a Field Engineer with Baker Hughes, with additional experience in engineering, consulting, and fabrication. Rishi works closely with committees and industry experts to deliver technical programs such as the Gas Machinery Conference and workshops.

As Director of Enterprise Execution, I help turn strategy into action by aligning priorities, people, and processes across the organization. I partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to create clarity, accountability, and forward momentum on the work that matters most.
