Key Dates:
- Warehouse Shipping Window: August 29 – September 22
- Discount price deadline: To take advantage of advance order discount rates, place orders on FreemanOnline by September 02, 2025.
- Show Site Shipping: Materials will be accepted at the show site beginning September 28.
- Move-In: Sunday, 9/28 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday, 9/29 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Move-Out: Wednesday, 10/1 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Each 10' x 10' Booth Includes:
- 8' high black back drape
- 3' high black side drape
- (1) 6'L x 30"H black draped table
- (2) Limerick® chairs by Herman Miller.
- Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign.
- Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) & Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) for booth installation, dismantling, or other services, please note the following requirements below with included samples. If you are not hiring an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you still need to have a COI.

- Must be submitted to Cristina Lau ([email protected]) by September 22.
- Identifies the contractor you have hired to work in your booth.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Click to download
- Must be provided by your EAC and submitted with the EAC Notification Form.
- Coverage must include:
- General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.
- Workers’ Compensation: As required by state law.
- Must list as Additional Insured:
- Association Name: SGA Natural Gas Association; 3030 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1500, Dallas, TX 75234
- Venue Name: Kentucky International Convention Center; 221 S. 4th St, Louisville, KY 40202
Please note: Exhibitors will not be permitted to use an EAC without both a completed EAC Notification Form and a valid COI on file by the deadline.
